New Images #14: Blue Delphiniums

This is the first New Images post since I’ve been back. For a reminder: New Images is a series (roughly weekly, on Wednesdays or Thursdays) devoted in part to exploring the intersection and combination of Generative AI and traditional methods of photo creation and editing. I welcome reactions, impressions, and other feedback.

“Blue Delphiniums” is a gallery of three watercolor images of blue delphiniums. (Click any image for larger views.)

Delphiniums (most of which are blue) are grown as garden and decorative flowering plants and are wild throughout the northern hemisphere. Perennial Delphiniums are also called Larkspur. Highly toxic to humans and most animals (especially cattle), Delphiniums do attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
