This is Kalanchoe luciae, also known as flapjacks. Kalanchoes are native to South Africa. Here in North America, we’re used to seeking Kalanchoes in the shops in great quantity during the holiday season; those Kalanchoes are kalanchoe blosfeldiana, and also known as Christmas Kalanchoe. (Though I’ve noticing them appearing in the stores lately, in springtime.) There are over 100 varieties of Kalanchoe. These, the K.luciae, are also known as Paddle Plants in addition to flapjacks. K.luciae are also known, among all Kalanchoes, for the red-trimmed leaves, and often completely deep red leaves.
