This is week 4 of this month’s One Four series. For this variation, I converted to B&W, but retained the color in the sky. The component colors of the B&W image were adjusted to retain the detail in the trees and bring out the textures further. The basis for this variation was variation 2; here is a side-by-side comparison of Variation 2 with the new variation.

This concludes this month’s One Four series. As I previously announced, this is the last One Four Challenge that I will be doing (perhaps for a while – Never say never!).
