This week, I present a “Mixed Bag” of images featuring various themes and techniques. The featured image above and to the left (Click the smaller image for a larger view with a full-screen option) is titled “Sunrise Over A Distant City,” which was crafted using AI. The sky has been composited in, and extensive traditional editing methods were applied to refine the tonalities.
“Sailing Ship Off the Coast” was created to give a watercolor painting “look.” The ship was composited into the coastal scene. It took a while to get the right size and perspective.
The artwork is named “Wild Cherry.” It features the blossoming branches of a Japanese cherry tree. The vase was crafted using AI techniques. The background texture was composited after completing the flowers, with both the flowers and vase safeguarded by a mat.
All three images today represented experiments trying out various details and techniques.
