This tryptich of images is not, strictly speaking, “new.” But I haven’t featured the images recently, and I believe they’re good candidates for a New Images post. (Click on any image in the triptych for a larger view with fullscreen option.)
Of interest will be the fact that there’s no AI involved. The images are pure macro captures. Increased depth of field results in a somewhat “deeper” image than is often the case with macro shots, capturing the deep and intricate interweaving of the shoots and growths. There’s no order; the vegetation grows bending and turning every which way, seemingly at random. So they are good pictures of chaos in nature.
